Expected Outcome: Development and demonstration of an advanced airframe, including the wing, fuselage, empennage, and key enabling systems, for the Ultra-Efficient Regional Aircraft concept based on hybrid-electric propulsion. The topic targets a 10% CO2 reduction contribution from airframe technologies compared to 2020 State of the Art, and covers ground demonstrations to TRL6, supporting an entry into service by 2035.
